We are so excited to invite you to join us for the 2025 Stationers’ Retreat! Now in its fourth year, this event has become the go-to gathering for wedding stationers, with talented women from across the globe coming together to connect, learn, and recharge.
As wedding stationers ourselves, we know how important it is to step away from the hustle of the studio and spend time with like-minded creatives. This retreat is all about rediscovering your passion for paper and stationery after the whirlwind of a busy wedding season—and having a little fun along the way!
Over the course of three nights and two full days, you’ll have the perfect balance of time to relax, focus on your business, and soak up every moment. Think pampering sessions, incredible food, and a schedule designed to leave you refreshed, inspired, and ready for the year ahead.
You’ll leave with a network of amazing new friends, a head full of ideas and inspiration, and the joy of attending our incredible styled dinner (because as stationers, we’re often behind the scenes on setup day and rarely get to experience the gorgeous venue showcases that planners and other vendors enjoy!). And as if that weren’t enough, you’ll also take home one of our legendary goodie bags, overflowing with samples from some of the best suppliers in the industry.

OUR VENUE:
Plas Uchaf, Llangedwyn, North Wales
Following the success of our previous retreats, we’re thrilled to be hosting the 2025 retreat at our stunning new venue, Plas Uchaf (The Big House on the Hill) in North Wales. This is a significant upgrade from our already gorgeous Bath location, offering even more comfort and luxury to enhance your experience.
At Plas Uchaf, every guest will enjoy their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring total privacy and comfort. For those in shared bedrooms, no more than two people will share a room, making it feel just as special as staying in your own space. The house itself is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and inspiration, with beautifully appointed private rooms, welcoming communal areas, and breathtaking views of the surrounding Welsh countryside.
Whether you’re unwinding in one of the cosy lounges, sharing a quiet conversation over a cup of tea, or soaking in the fresh air as you explore the stunning grounds, Plas Uchaf provides the perfect backdrop for creativity, connection, and rest.

THE FOOD:
AWARD WINNING EVENT CATERERS, WILD FORK WEST
Run by a small team of chefs, wedding planners and bar managers Wild Fork West are one of the best renowned caterers in the South West. Focussing on dishes that hero togetherness and connections their style of food is perfect for our Retreat.
We will have our own private chef serving a mixture of wholesome comfort food on the first two nights, to a spectacular feasting menu where we can all get dressed up and enjoy seriously drool-worthy gourmet cuisine and a glass of wine on night three.
If you have any dietary requirements be safe in the knowledge that anyone and everyone can and will be catered for: just let us know when you book your space!
PAMPER TIME:
CERI, BEAUTY TONIC
One of our favourite parts of the retreat, a 40-minute session with Ceri of Beauty Tonic to feel totally relaxed and pampered. Set up in her own private room at The Grange, you can choose from a Massage, Pedicure, Manicure or a Facial to help you feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
Ceri’s pamper session is covered by your retreat ticket so just let us know when you sign up which treatment you would like, and we will schedule it in for you.

Spaces are limited and strictly first come first serve. We will have varying room choices for 2025 with three private rooms with ensuite available. There will also be a 10 month payment plan available.

We are moving to a new venue for 2025. Details will be shared soon.

Any female who works in the wedding stationery & calligraphy industry, and wants to spend time learning and being inspired by like-minded successful businesswomen.
The Stationers’ retreat is currently a female only getaway however please do get in touch if you wish to discuss this at all as we now have private room options which allow flexibility. -
There will be space for 9 women alongside the hosts and speakers.

For 2025 we will have three private rooms with en-suites available, strictly first come first serve. There are then three twin rooms also with their own bathrooms. If you book a space with a friend/colleague please let us know so we can put you together.

We are proud to offer flexibility and can cater to a wide range of dietary requirements. Simply let us know your needs when you secure your space, and our caterers will ensure you’re well taken care of.

Yes, there is space for up to 10 cars, last year a few of us car-shared for the journey to and from the Retreat.

Due to high demand and limited availability your booking will be non-refundable. If the retreat is cancelled by the venue or organisers, you will be reimbursed in full.

A few weeks ahead of the retreat, we will send you a welcome pack, schedule and packing list. Everything required for the workshops will be provided.
